Do I have to use the vax AAA carpet shampoo? Or can I use any make of carpet shampoo?

Hi no, all brands of carpet cleaners state that only their shampoo should be used but you can use for example 1001 which can be bought from Poundland!

No funny noises at all. Sadly I only used it a dozen or so times before it started belching smoke. Couldn't recommend this machine as has been impossible to get in touch with Vax so now off to the skip

I purchased a vax vrs802 and am now in despair trying to obtain a replacement belt for a model number vrs802 which is non existant to the trade.

They actually sell 2packs of cheep quality belts for vax on here I braght replacement for my vax vacume for 2 pound pack of 2 iv had one on a year n still great

Can this wash vinyl floors?

I would say not . It has brushes like a vacuum cleaner which would not work on hard flooring
