Bought this for my mom and she loves it! Some of the best rice I've had! I have a Zojirushi rice cooker that's about 10 years old and replaced it with this one! I still kept my old one in case I need to make a lot of rice when I have guests over

I’ve been using it for over one year. It’s soooo convenient. Sometimes we realize we forgot to cook rice, the super turbo only takes 14 minutes to prepare rice! We change the language to mandarin so that our parents can understand it too. Very easy to clean too! Overall, highly recommend!

A learning curve , but once you get through that part it’s pretty simple in the fact that it’s the same procedure over and over .Just be sure to clean the steam cover often , and wash the rice 2-3 times before cooking .

I recently bought a new Cuckoo rice cooker, but it arrived with scratches, so I had it replaced. However, the inner pot of the new one feels very thin and fragile, and the bottom gets scratched very easily. It’s only been two months since I got it, and to my surprise, it suddenly stopped working just yesterday. I’m quite frustrated because I can’t return it anymore and I’m not sure what to do. I’ve used Cuckoo rice cookers for many years and have always been satisfied, but this particular model has been very disappointing.🤨

I’m really pleased with this Cuckoo rice cooker. It’s reasonably priced and thoughtfully designed. The pressurized cooking function brings out a richer flavor in the rice, and the well-coated inner bowl makes cleanup a breeze. Although it’s larger than I expected, that was my own oversight—I didn’t double-check the dimensions before buying. Overall, it’s a fantastic cooker if you’re looking for a versatile appliance that delivers consistently delicious rice.
