The Dexam Rotary Cheese Grater has been a great addition to my kitchen tools. It’s sturdy, easy to assemble, and feels comfortable to hold. Grating cheese is so much faster now – just pop in a chunk of cheese, turn the handle, and it grates evenly with minimal effort. It works well with both hard and soft cheeses, and I love that I can grate directly over a dish without making a mess.Cleaning is simple, too, as it comes apart easily and rinses off quickly. I bought this grater to replace an old one. I do like this style of grater, it’s quick and easy to use. I read the reviews before I bought it, and was a bit concerned by comments that it felt like it wouldn’t last long. I have found it to be fine to use, it grates cheese perfectly and I haven’t noticed any weakness

It is flimsy. but works. Interchangeable graters are open both ends, making cleaning them easy. Everyone in house prefers it to a non-wind grater. A bit fiddly to clean the handle unit, as it has lots of open compartments. Cheese plunger is a poor fit in chamber, so cheese oozes up the sides.

Simple but very effective bit of kit. Manual use but does a great job.

Effective grater - when new. Quickly wore, then broke. Have now bought a different make. Why so flimsy and inadequate? The element of the grater that pushes cheese down is two-part, not moulded as one, so began to separate during grating. See second picture. Then the catch that retains the drum snapped. See first picture. Device then useless. After the Amazon return date, so can't easily be swapped. Grrr. Shame! A good design, but poor execution/component quality. The Moulinex this replaced lasted for thirty years. Annoying that this lasted just over six months.

It's good to know that they are still available. My previous one (exactly the same) eventually became incomplete when the plastic clip broke. Still completely usable in that condition, but since it's available I got a brand new one. I look forward to many years of happy grating with this one. These rotary graters are so much easier than the flat things. These are good fun to use.

My only criticism would be that the handle apparatus is a little flimsy. Otherwise it works very well.

languette semblant bien fragile, mais on verra bien. la meilleure râpe d'après moi. aliments bien maintenus, pratiquement aucun morceau restant. mais pas non plus la moulinette de nos grands-mères. bravo et merci à nos amis anglais.

un pessimo articolo debole in tutte e sue parti, al terzo uso si è già rotto, prodotto di bassa lega. completamente in plastica di una debolezza inaudita, e dal prezzo esorbitante rispetto alla qualità, sconsiglio l'acquisto a tutti.
