Hardened pieces found inside the packed flour bag
I am a regular buyer of this flour, but this time i found hardened pieces of flour inside the packet . It was so disappointing & suspicious. Did the flour pack come in contact with moisture in some form ? And i keep finding these pieces everytime i take scoops of flour to make a dough.

Worms and bug overloaded and seller is not helping
The media could not be loaded. Very bad quality , it’s wheat less worms more . After sending pictures seller never refund or replace . Opening the packet later all bug spread my kitchen and living room carpet.. it’s a mess .

Poor Quality
Highly disappointed. Don't expect the same chakki aata which you get back in India. Everyone in my family fell sick after consuming. They've just refunded money and asked me to dispose the pack. I'm not sure if they've done the same for the remaining stock.
