HOKA ONE ONE Womens Vanquish 2 Running Sneaker Shoe

I wear a size 6 and ordered a size 6. I just got them in the mail today. I tried them on and the fit is great. I think these might be the ones to kick start my running for the summer. I ordered these based on research for running shoes for flat feet and running style. I read several reviews and watched a couple of different youtube demo review videos for this particular shoe.Do not base purchase for running shoe on just one tidbit of info do your homework and know your feet. P.S. I’ve returned more than I can count to find the right fit.Update: 4/18/18 I LOVE THESE SHOES!!!!<3I wore them to the health club last night and ran on the treadmill for about 25min. OMG!The shoes were so comfortable I only wish I had them when I ran the 2018 Chicago Shamrock Shuffle. It was like running on marshmallow paved streets. Seriously, I have flat feet and some ankle problems. The shoes supported my feet and my ankles. LOVE HOKA ONE ONE Vanquish 2 running my 1st pair but not last pair.

I cannot say more great things about this shoe. The only thing I don't like is that my feet get hot. But let me tell you what I do like:The cushioning is wonderful. I'm on my feet 8-10 hours a day and my feet can last with these shoes.The soles are lasting. They are not falling apart like other shoes do. I feel like the soles will last as long as the cushioning. Wonderful pillows for my sore tired feet.I like the style of shoe. It's not too bright and weird but just fun enough. These don't quite look like huge clod hoppers in my feet.The laces are long enough and have just a bit of stretch to them. They complete the great feel on my feet.I own 2 of these. I wish I had bought more!!!

I am so torn with reviewing this shoe. I have had two foot surgeries, three stress fractures and a neuroma on ball of my right foot. I was ecstatic to finally find a shoe that offered the cushion needed to allow me to run again. Most of my workouts at the moment are speedwalking with incline work on my indoor treadmill in the Hoka Clifton 2 shoe. I loved the Vanquish 2 shoe so very much on treadmill and last week I decided to speedwalk outside. Well, that is when the problem occurred. The back heel lip rubbed my ankle raw on right foot. I had to remove the shoe in the middle of my long walk and return home with only one shoe on my left foot. So very disappointed. Not sure why this happened. But, my ankle is still healing and I will try to walk again in the shoe with a thicker sock. I have walked in the Hoka Clifton 2 outside with no problem at all. I bought the Vanquish 2 because I thought it would be the perfect running shoe for me to begin my reentry into running. It is super supportive, but the back heel incident was so disappointing. This only happens when I workout outside on a flat surface and no incline workout. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hoka One One Womens Vanquish 2 Running Sneaker...6.5B/M not a bad looking running shoe and felt good on the feet, but there wasn't enough arch support and was concerned that, if worn for exercise walk my arches would come home hurting. So, I returned for a refund. I personally need some kind of support for my arches, even know they are not high. I do have planter ficiitis right in the middle of my arches, so it nice to have something that is soft and cushy that supports the arch and the planter ficiitis. To help others with foot size. I usually wear 6.5B/M and these running shoes were perfect length. The widest part of my foot is about 4 inches. I felt I had enough room to breath in these shoes. Like I said the only real complaint was the Arch Support. My Arches hurt just walking around in my house, so I return for a refund.

This shoe is amazing. I have a wide foot with a high arch and narrow heel and the shoe fits perfectly. I have worn these shoes casually while on my feet all day as well as for workouts with no issues. There is not a lot of lateral support, but I haven't found that to be much of an issue. If you are not sure about the fit you can use the fit guide on Hoka's site or the store locator on Hoka's site to try them on in person before you buy.

Best shoes ever! Stopped running for a while due to aches and pains. My old shoe brand was not doing it for me anymore and decided to give Hoka a try. Omg, these shoes are so comfortable. I was able to run without a problem. They may not be the most stylish shoes but they are absolutely the best shoes I've used. Wish I had found them sooner. Will definitely buy again.

There is no better pair of walking shoes than this brand. I have had them all. They dont break down, they are so comfortable. I am about a 6 mile a day walker. I take them off after walking and wear my Nikes because I just keep them for walking.

Loved these shoes initially, but after a few months of running in them, the plastic piece which gives support to the heel is starting to rub. This makes them almost unwearable. Other than that, they offer great support and have significantly reduced my incident of shin splints.

These are amazing shoes for running. Super comfortable with great shock absorption. Some women’s Hokas suffer from being very narrow but I found this style fine. Only issue was I needed a size bigger than I thought.
