Will this work on the 2 following grills - Nexgrill Model# 810-0025 and Chargriller model# 2121

This grid lifter is designed to work with Broil King grids. We cannot attest to it's effectiveness with other models and makes.

It is optimized for Broil King grids. However it will work for most other types of grids, including Weber grids.

Does it lift out the optional cast iron gridle?

I do not believe it would work since the notches actually slide into the openings of the grate. The griddle does not have the same openings to slide into.

Does this tool work on the 22 inch weber grill grate

Yes this will work for the grate in question. A tip for thinner grates such as the 22-IN Weber grill grate, using the lifter upside down will assist in getting increased leverage.
