Darker than the picture. More grey than silver and the gold is a dirty full colour

Colour was more like a brown than gold. Had to buy from another seller.

This was a very good product for tearing into strips to add that gold touch to handmade Christmas cards.

I enquired twice via amazon to find out what was the composition of these napkins, as they had a very faint chemical smell when I opened the packs. No response whatsoever. I shall use them but have had to take them out of the pack and let them air... not a very good customer service is it? I'm not sure whether the seller did not respond, or whether amazon did not pursue the enquiry enough, either way it's not great. This being said,they are much better quality than some I had ordered first and returned because they were so flimsy.

Bought for use at a Valentine's Dinner Party. Very happy with them.

Felt nice but not as good as other 'airlaid linen feel' napkins that I have purchased from Crown. also the gold colour was rather dull looking, and worst of all the colour was only on one side, the other was white which spoiled any folding we wanted to do. Plus they were over £3 dearer than others I have bought. I emailed Crown but have had no reply.

The serviettes had a pungent damp smell and were not able to be used. The suppliers - Crown expected me to pay the postage to return them - cheek. I’m grateful that Amazon sorted it out - pity Crown couldn’t or wouldn’t
