They do seem washable. Although I did it try, they are more of a vinyl type material should wash up nicely!

Found this great for reducing spinal pressure

I wish I had ordered these when my herniated disc was first diagnosed. Using my crutches with these pads helped relieve the pressure on my spine.Prior to this I was using a walking frame and sticks, which caused my spine to become deformed as I was compensating for the pain by leaning to one side
