great when you are craving a carby lunch

I have bought these more than once, great when you are craving a carby lunch. I am doing a calorie counted, low cal diet and eat this all the time. I tend to use slightly less than the 160ml water recommended in the preparation as it gives a slightly thicker consistency which i like. There is no bacon/ham per say as you would expect in a carbonara sonic you want a cheesy pasts type low call meal for around 200 cal this is a good bet.
