Great supplement, easy to swallow. I will definitely order a second box even if they have not been successful as of yet. At least, my hairs look fabulous.

I have been taking this vitamins for about 2 weeks so I can't say much really but I will say that my nails seems to be a bit more stronger since I started. I have really weak nails but seems to be better.

Inhaltsstoffe komplett gleich wie in femibion 2Jedoch deutlich günstiger. Einziges Manko ist, dass die zwei verschiedenen kapseln einer Tagesration (ölkapsel und Vitamin Kapsel) leider nicht so auf dem selben Blister nebeneinander sind. (Bei femibion schon) sondern auf separaten Blistern, nach Sorte getrennt.Die Blistersind auch nicht eingestanzt, so kann mann keine kapseln vom Rest abtrennen.Das wäre noch schön, denn so könnte man für den unterwegs jeweils immer nur die benötigte Menge einpacken.
