These are a good pair of straps for the money. They have a stretchy fabric held in place with velcro. They help support my wrists during bench press and over head press as I have skinny wrists and tend to get wrist pain when doing these exercises. They make a noticeable difference to me and are comfortable. The stitching isn't world class but it's sufficient enough to do the job without falling apart. I'm very happy with my purchase and would recommend them. Delivery was super quick too.

Got these as having some wrist problems when squatting and Benching. They are a good fit and five plenty of support.I ended up cutting the velcro as it as catching on the strap and ruffling / damaging the strap material.If you are looking for decent low cost straps, look no further.

Only £1 and as effective as £15 wrist straps I've borrowed from my mate, does exactly what it says it does and helps with wrist pain very well.

The fixing Velcro strap needs to be wider!!

Great product. Cheap, as good as the more expensive and not too showy. You tension it as much as you want with no slip, letting you go as hard as you like on the bar. I bought these because my wrists were suffering and I couldn't put any more weights on. These little beauties work a treat and are long enough not to be confined to your wrists.

Have been using these with my gym workouts constantly now for the past few months. They have help up really well, velcro and shape intact.They have definitely helped when dealing with heavier weights, for all types of routines. Would recommend for anyone lifting weights, price makes them a must.

Good lifting wraps everything you would expect from wraps.However I had a slight issue with fraying from the Velcro landing on wrap its self nothing that you wont expect.Made only slightly worst due to me choosing these in white.
