Good quality canelé moulds
Great quality moulds. If you have a good canelé recipe and follow it to the word, you’ll be able to make amazing canelés. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I received so much compliments. Someone actually thought that I bought them from a bakery.

Used one
They arrived as a set, but there is one that has been used clearly. It arrived without wrapping. The colour of the inner part looks different from the other three. I decided to still give it a try, but the canele made by using this clearly used mold refused to come out.

A real jewel!
Canélles or Canellés or Cannelé, well we need a historian to tell us the real name. But as an amateur wannabee “chef” I can tell you that THIS is a wonderfull desert - with a beautiful history behind, by the way - that can only be made in these beautiful copper moulds. Beleieve me, I tried some other material and shape molds - don’t bother, really. A word of advice: 220 Celsius for 25 min, 190 Celsius for 30 min is a minimum temperature - don’t peek!About the product now. I ordered one set to see what I am dealing with. Then another COUPLE. Then, another one. This says enough I guess. They are of highest quality, very good looking, sturdy and, well, beautiful! Why I need 16 of these expensive molds? Because my recipe makes 12 filled to the brim - this is impractical to say the least. You need to leave 5 to 7 cm between the rim and the batter. So, the 12 becomes 16 - easy!And please take my word, you can save a lot of work, batter, money and TIME if you take this advice: GET THE COPPER, not the silicone, aluminium or... whatever. They may look the business but the real result is so far away...To sum up, GREAT PRODUCT, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, GOOD VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY.Enjoy!

Very good quality Cannelé Molds
Nice big molds for full mouth Cannelé. The outer crust is crunchy and caramelized to perfection. The only downside is that they are quite pricy.

Copper no more!
I bought 16 of these and after one use they are now no longer copper coloured - more champagne gold than anything. In terms of baking they produced some lovely Canelé, crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
