Yes, the dimensions does include the wheels. It's the perfect carry-on piece of luggage. The luggage even expands if necessary. I love my bag.

Have anyone used it on Delta and American Airlines as a carry-on?

Delta carry on size is no larger than 22 x 14 x 9 So I would say this is not going to work It’s over on size for Delta So I guess you’d be taking chances at best

one size has wheels or not ???

Yes, this size has wheels that turn 360 degrees. My 8 year old is using this and it's easy for him to maneuver.

The “multicolor” shows Stitich as a 20inch carryon but the round picture shows a black/white/red Mickey. Which one is it?

We got five of the Mickey, black, red, yellow and they were darling and a very nice piece of luggage. We got one of Minnie that was red with white polk-a-dots and it was also a great piece of luggage. Our granddaugters were thrilled.
