Is it just the pendant or pendant and a chain?

Pendant and a chain. I've had lots of compliments about mine. Would recommend.

What does it come in?

It comes in a little plastic bag and then a small drawstring bag. I actually bought a gift box (locally) to make it look better presented. The bag is nice so also kept it in that too.
