Well the biggest difference is that this Godzilla is based on "GMK" version, it has solid spooky white eyes, the fins are also a different shape and color, and the head is slightly bigger. Articulation should still be what one expects from S.H. Monsterarts. Although I must admit I myself do not own the millennium (2000) Godzilla which was based on more of a "concept art" rather than the actual Godzilla that appears in the film. Hope this helps.
