Good company - Fast response about problem. Recommended replacement of suspected defective product
Contacted company when first unit would not connect to 10G devices (would only communicate with devices over 1G connection). Rapid response - "We believe there is something wrong with the 10g sfp+ card." Recommended replacement. My setup:Optical Fiber connection 10G SFP NIC installed in computer to 10G SFP Router connection. Cost for SFP 10G NIC + fiber cable was approx. $30 ($16 SFP 10G NIC-on sale, $14 3-meter Optical Fiber cable with SFP connectors - see pictures).Company (Splensun) responded promptly and advised 1st unit was probably defective. Recommended replacement - used Amazon Replace with same item - new unit arrived and works excellently - maximum 10G speeds to/from my 10G NAS (average 1+ GB/sec upload and 800-900 MB/sec download to/from NVME 980 Pro). 10GB file copied/moved in 10-15 seconds.Quality rating of defective NIC = 1, Quality rating for replacement NIC = 5.

Great price for 10GBe
Saw this 10gbe nic on sale here and grab 2 of them for testing. Upon receiving the items, it was well box and came with a low profile plate. Installed them on my proxmox server box and was detected without any issues. It's now been over a week and still working fine without any hiccups. Will definitely buy more when it comes back on sale but might be looking for a dual or quad next.

Worked immediately with minimal setup.
Network card was easy to install in the PC and after connecting it to my switch via DAC it connected immediately. I cannot attest to full 10g speeds as my storage can't keep up, but I have hit over 5g so I am well pleased.

Good card, beware of driver
I use this card in my rig and I have a 10gbe network. The 10base copper cards always run so hot and reduce speed in a high-end rig amongst all the othe heat generated. Going fiber changed my world and this card is doing the job. The driver isn’t straight forward, you have to search for it so 4 stars. Once it is up and running you never have to worry about again.

Still Works With Win11
This is probably the only inexpensive option with SFP+ slot. Not perfect, but it still works. You do have to install the drivers manually. Download the Win10 drivers that contain the 5xx series (not the latest) extract drivers and update through the device manager.

Great 10G card at an incredible price
The card was packaged well. It was protected in a plastic clamshell case that was molded to the shape of the card itself. The card stays put and stays protected in transit. A disc containing the drivers for the chipset was included, but you can also download them from Intel's site.I like that a short bracket was included. I have a server machine that uses both bracket types, so that gives me some more freedom. The card feels well built. I like the support bar that runs the length of the card. The heatsink feels firmly attached to the board and chipset. It doesn't have any play, unlike another 10Gb networking card I have.I connected this card to a test bench machine, installed the appropriate drivers, and connected it to another 10Gb interface using a DAC cable. This was a machine-to-machine connection without an intermediate router to skew results. The card performed fine, hitting an average of 9.27 Gbps. This speed is on par with other 10Gb cards I've used.At the time of writing this review, the price of this card was only $38.49 including a 30% of coupon. I think this may be an introductory price while the Lemspum brand builds some market share here on Amazon. These cards usually go for $50-$70 here on Amazon and elsewhere. If the deal holds I think this may be one of the best deals on Amazon.

Died after 2 weeks of light use...
The nic worked pefectly until it decided to stop working all together. Didn't even get hot to the touch or anything ...just gave up. Unfortuante.Avoid this one. Could have just been a bad apple but i think thats a pretty bad sign especially consdering i wasn't even hammering the card hard with 10g speeds.Avoid it.
