Does it come with a strap?

Yes. Fuji includes a strap installation kit with a metal reinforcement clip that (when installed) is sandwiched between a piece of leather (faux leather?), so that it has a nice look, but is also sturdy enough to not snap if the strap is tugged or roughly handled. They include a little wedge to make installing the metal clip easier, too.
