Does this bag have a closed or open bottom? Ie is there a seam at the bottom of the bags?

The bottom is closed and there is no seam on the bottom. The seams are along the rectangle or on the borders of the bag.

Are the bags air-tight or breathable?

The bags are not totally airtight as they have a hole in the top for hangers. The bag is closed with a zipper.

The ones I ordered had 2 per package.
