With my bosch mrc23evsk the bit is not even close to being long enough. anyone else have this issue? what bit works?

Can this template be used on a prehung door with the door stop installed?

Ummm, why would you be cutting hinge gains on a prehung door? That said, I do not know if it works on a prehung door with that stop installed.

Can i buy replacement pegs & nails that came with this kit? i can't find them listed on the pc servicenet site.

I would just look for small duplex nails. I don't know if they make them or not. But I've been wondering the same thing. Porter cable might be willing to sell a small bag also.
