Is this the old style with a picture on the glass or the new style with just the name?

No picture, but has the factory in glass at the bottom of the stem. I think it is the new style. I have seen the version you mean and this is not it, but a nice glass anyway.

Is the glass as per the above photo because the comments say that this is not the case?

The glass has now changed design, it does not have the Castle image just the Kasteel logo, we have edited our listing to show the new image but Amazon have not updated the listing.
