Quite big enough for us We took one shelf out to accomodate the large cans.

Is it suitable for use in outbuildings

Probably but for the price I wouldn't say its anywhere near the -3c it says it is after using it for a while now.

How many cans of pop does this hold please?

Depends on the size of cans, I've currently got 28 small cans of redbull in mine, along with 3 medium sized cans and 4 small bottles of orange juice. Plus chocolate in the top shelf of door!
