Our Cat5e Outdoor is constructed with water blocking tape, and is not gel filled.

Q: What is the temperature rating on the cable? if this is not direct burial but open to direct sunlight +50 will it work ok?

Yes, our cable is UV resistant and holds a maximum temperature rating of 167°F.
