I think you will find that the frame size is usually the size of the picture that is inside the frame. e.g: 10 x 8 picture fits a 10 x 8 frame and so on. You would need a 20 x 16 frame if you can get that size. If the frame is bigger than that it will have a space around the picture inside. Hope that helps.
