12 x 12" Magic Game Christmas Crackers

These things are mostly a waste of money but impossible to leave out at the Christmas lunch. Of all the ones I've ever had these are easily the best value for money. The 'magic' tricks are not cutting edge illusions but they are easy to do and they are genuine illusions and suitable for a bit of fun at the dinner table.

Didn't expect much and they came up to expectations. Looked OK on table had the fun of pulling them, hats were slightly better than normal quality but the gift was only very slightly better than the normal plastic tat that falls out of your crackers.One year we had racing puddings and they were great from local supermarket and we have had other crackers that we actually got somefun out of - but these weren't in that catagory.

I have just bought these for the 3rd year running - they are good value for money. The jokes are above average for Christmas crackers, and the magic tricks all work and are good fun for all ages. I use them every year with a class of 18 year old English learners and it always makes for a great end of year lesson in English customs, although it's very hard to get them to actually wear the hats, I think only we English do that voluntarily!

Decent crackers considering the price. Adds a bit of fun round the Christmas Dinner table. Tricks are simple so good for all ages, and a lot different to the usual rubbish you end up with. Each cracker has a hat, joke and trick inside. The crack was good too!

Each cracker comes with a hat, cheesy joke and one of about 6 magic tricks. I paid extra to get something better than the usual tat you get in crackers. These weren't much better. Most of the tricks didn't work properly. Although everyone spend an extra 2 mins trying to perfect or even test the trick, it probably wasn't worth the effort or money.

Big disappointment! Very cheap tricks and most of them were broken.

Very pleased with these crackers which we had for our family Christmas meals. They were very good value for 12. All the tricks worked (Nanny couldn't get a couple to work but 11 year old son sorted them for her easily). We all performed our magic trick to the rest of the family, which was good fun. Made some good family videos of us performing the tricks, to keep the family memories alive.

These crackers were a nice change for Christmas - the magic tricks are, of course, very basic but fun after a glass of wine or two and made it worthwhile paying a little extra for them. Goes without saying that the jokes will be awful whatever crackers you buy!
