The battery compartment is very fickle when it comes time to insert batteries. Also, the little metal tabs that connect to the negative side bend back and don't connect well. I had to bend the lower tab out, insert the lower battery, bend the upper tab out then insert the upper battery (It is reverse of the lower). After that it worked like a champ.

This forther is amazing. While battery operated (2AA) the push button operation is great. It has a lot of power and you can feel it working. It’s super easy to clean. The included stand is amazing to have for storage and quick accessibility, but it is a bit awkward to get it on and off the stand. Overall very happy with this purchase.

I arrived home last night after a 12 hour workday and a dinner consisting of a brick of baked Brie with bread and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc.I quickly opened the Amazon box - pulled the frother out of its packaging, popped a AA battery in and …. Nothing.I looked everywhere to see what I was doing wrong. Sadly I put it back in the box and emailed customer service.In the light of a new morning, I looked at it again. It seemed as though the battery was crooked.I looked for instructions ~ just says requires 2 AA. Ten minutes later with a very bright light to see + and - on the battery cover, I realized that2 AA fit.In all fairness, it’s tiny, I would not have thought 2 AA batteries would fit. Turns out they do.Now it works beautifully and and I need to send an apology email to customer service.Will I wait until morning (or I’m sober) before trying to operate a new Amazon purchase in the future?Doubtful.

This is a great appliance, not necessarily needed, but great to have if you want to. I could have done without it because I could just use my hand mixer as I use it for larger volumes. But if you are looking for a small amount of beverage and want it done a certain way such as hugely whisked and well combined..coffee shop effect? then this is the product for you.

I love nothing more than frothing my hazelnut mocha creamer and adding it to the top of my iced coffee! This little frother works just as needed. It does require 2-AA batteries, not included.

Perfect for coffee and hot chocolate, or even mixing powder drinks. Start slowly till you know how it works....it really packs a punch!

Oh my word this is a wonderful addition... if you like half and half in your coffee... warm the half and falls up, then froth it, then add the coffee and enjoy!! Best!!

I got this because I got the Bloom veggie powder and it was chunky if you just use a spoon. Well, I hate the taste of that veggie drink so now this blender sits on my counter but it worked great
