Q: The wall of my tub is 21" above the outside floor. Are the legs long enough to clear this?

Please BEWARE!! The seat I received did not clear 22.5 inches from the seat hardware to the floor! The height was the primary reason I chose this chair, aside from the occupational therapist recommendation for the brand. Other chair diagrams specified hardware-to-floor as their clearance (the logical way to measure, since the chair is designed to go over the side of the tub), but the chair I received is 2 inches shorter.

Q: It says non-returnable, but can it be returned if there is a defect?

I was told for health and safety reasons, it is not returnable. However, if it arrives defective, it will be replaced with a new one or you can get a refund.

Q: Can the arm rest be moved to the other side?

The arm rest side has suction feet, so arm rest and suction feet go inside the tub. Then turn the back rest around if it's on the wrong side. Look underneath and mash the buttons. It's a slip joint.

Q: What to do if bottom of tub is different height from bathroom floor?.

the 4 legs are each adjustable. you can change the height to match the difference between your tub bottom and the floor.
