I've been taking astaxanthin for years. Recently went from 4mg to 10mg. Noticed a definite improvement in my eyesight to the point I don't need my prescription eyeglasses anymore.

Astaxanthin is the best supplement I have ever tried. After 6 weeks of using I have gotten off of Humira for my rheumatoid arthritis. I have less joint pain now that with any of the drugs I have tried for the RA. The drugs I tried all destroyed my immune system and this boosts it. My eyesight has also improved greatly. I had double vision for years. That's gone and I only need my glasses now for reading.I will soon start giving this to my elderly dog. She has arthritis too. A friend is overjoyed at how much it has helped her older fellow. He can move much better and has stopped using rimadyl/carprofen all together. I guess you can tell that I highly recommend this product. This brand is the best price I have found too.

I am editing this by taking away another star. I went to Walmart and purchased their Astaxanthin 4mg , 30 caps for $5.97. I took ONKY their brand 3 caps a day for 10 days. I felt WAY better by the 4th day. The only ingredient that was different was Rosemary. I didn't even know WalMart brands had that in them. Anyway, the kind Walmart sells in the yellow label is FAR better than this brand even though I was taking 2 to 4 a day of this brand, the Walmart kind was better in every aspect. You should try 1 bottle for yourself and see what I mean.My review: "These LOOK like I expected and the appearance was comparable to my regular brand. The effiacy is not comparable with a lesser strength of 4mg. Even taking 2 or 3 of these 10mg strength per day has NOT given expected pain relief or in fact ANY pain relief. They look as expected but do not have any of the attributes that I expect from Astaxanthin. I question what EXACTLY is inside and if it is of good quality. I am actually comparing these to Astaxanthin 4mg capsules 30 count from WalMart. The WalMart brand is FAR SUPERIOR to this brand. These save money, but at a great cost in what it does NOT save you. It does not save you from the pain and inflammation like better brands, nor does it give you the feeling of increased energy and the feeling you are doing something good for your body. The WalMart brand us about 6 dollars for 30 4mg capsules as compared to these at 180 10mg capsules and I must honestly (say that though MUCH MORE expensive the WALMART brand is the BETTER DEAL.

I love this product very much. Astaxanthin is one of the best multi vitamins combined in one. I have been taking it for more than three months and I can tell the difference on my vitality, my eyes sight improves tremendously, and most of all my hair stopped falling off, as I began to see massive new hair starting to grow back between my both sides and up in front of my head.
