Absolutely, very soft & easy to fold or roll.

Length from nape of neck to waist is 25 inches / 64 cms. I am a UK size 10 and it wraps completely around me with plenty of room to spare. Would think it fits up to a UK size 16 comfortably possibly even a size 18.
