How tall is this cup? Will it fit under a Keurig K55?

Can this mug fit into a car cup-holder?

It fits in all three cars in my family (RAV4, Camry, Ford 150).

Only a drop of coffee comes out when I drink or even try & pour it out through the mouth slot. Is it defective or just a bad design?

There is a small breather hole you need to clear with a toothpick about an inch above the drink hole.

I expected for it not be leaking.

It holds the heat about 4 hours. However, it's LEAKING. So its good while you holding it in your hands, but don't put it in your bag.
