Cute but not footed as pictured

Nice velour like fabric however the Santa one is not footed as pictured. I chose that design specifically because of the footed option for our babies who are 10mo and we purchased 12mo. Disappointed. When I went back this detail is in the small fine print that 12+mo isn’t footed. It’s a bit deceiving as the photo and description doesn’t mention this at all.
