Is the elecricity running cost of an 750 rmx around the same as a 650 psu. im looking to replace my existing 650. or would power cost be a lot more.

If the rest of the PC is unchanged, the cost will be the same, give or take a tiny difference that will depend on the efficiency of the two PSUs. If the existing 650W PSU is quite old, chances are the RM750x will be more efficient so will cost a little less to run.
