Is the power cord included?

It is direct wired and needs a 30 amp breaker. You could add a plug, but it doesn’t come with one.

Need guidance on plug to purchase? Called electrician did not want to add a plug unless I bought one from the griddle company, thanks.

Mine came with standard plug. I did not need a special plug. Straight into wall plug no problems.

Is it compatable with standard 110 volt house wiring?

I use this at my shop. Unplug my coffee maker and plug into same receptacle. I have no issues.
