Just like their Vintage Cheddar , this is a cheese which harkens back to the good old days of proper cheese rather than the over-processed tastless rubber commonly sold these days.It's a cheese with proper bite and a lingering taste.

Fantastic
Tis cheese is mature aged and tastes fantastic. Do not live in the UK and am sick to death of processed cheese..... This is a real taste of Cheddar...... just needed some scrumpy.
