Is this yarn oeko-tex certified?

I just looked this up, I had never heard of oeko-tex certified yarn before, and it’s not listed. I used this for Amigurumi. It worked fine but not any better then any of the other cotton yarns I’ve used.

Is there enough in two or three skeins for a blanket?

Depends on whether you're crocheting or knitting & of course which pattern you will be using. Crocheting takes more yarn than knitting. Each skein is 174 yards.

Which red is the brightest, 51, 90, or 26?

If I was picking a true red I would go with the 90. There is a color chart for the Yarnart Jeans yarn on the internet where you can compare the colors. I would say, 90 would be the closest to the true red.

This color is "off-white". Color code 1 is "off-white" color. Color 62 is pure white color. They are similar color but not same.

Very nice yarn

This yarn is soft, has a nice texture, colors are true to the photos, doesn't ravel, and so far has no knots. It is 50 grams which is the perfect amount for knitting doll clothes. Plenty to make 3 or 4 pieces. I would recommend this yarn for any small projects. It is a great value for the price.
