I'm not sure to be honest .. the only thing inside the box are small blocks of curry rue sealed in a package of 2, with 6-8 small blocks apiece. Depending on how extreme you may be when talking 'vegetarianism' or vegan diets (no offense) the only ingredients of substance will be whatever you choose to put in it. Curry by itself when using this type of curry is okay too, but obviously its more hearty to add some meat & vegetables .
