My fault, I expected too much.
because I have not seen drastic changes, it does help the look somewhat.I is hard to put on and take off.Perhaps it is more helpful for younger customers and not so out of shape as me.

The truth is a mesh that is not nothing, it flattens the abdomen at all and very uncomfortable, not serve the purpose they advertise.
