Love the tag. It’s nice and soft and quiet. The set up was easy peasey. It scans well. Our phone number is also displayed in the tag with my pooch’s name. And we got an icon in f a space ship added to it since he’s named after the astronaut Buzz Aldran (my husband is a space nut). I highly recommend this tag.

I loved the product initially. Then it broke after two months because I have a very active dog. The top part where it connects to the metal got broken. But then, the company sent me another one immediately, free of charge! I didn't even have to do anything. And I am so glad because I am very pleased with this product. It looks so cute on my puppy:)

Love this knowing that if our doggo runs away we can see if someone scans the tag. Super easy to set up.

I scanned the tag and it says a completely different city that he is in, not an actual location where he is but at least the person would have all his info which could be good or bad if they stole the dog. You would just know that it was scanned but no idea where he is for sure. You can put three pictures on there and basic information about the pet. It was pretty easy to set up and decent layout. I do like that it is made out of rubber so it doesn’t jingle like his other annoying tags.

A great quality tag and comes with 2 rings, the print is very clear and silicone is nice and thick. Would absolutely purchase again!

Bought these after going thru a few basic name tags that kept falling off. This little tag is great. It's colorful and has the great added feature of a QR code.

It takes about 4 weeks.However I will admit that it is well worth the wait because it's an excellent zero noise rubber dog tag. Each tag comes with a large ring and a small ring. Use as neededIt isn't just a piece of rubber with a sticker on it. The actual rubber has embedded white print right on the tag. It's completely rubbery and no sticker. Very durable and water proof.I will say the only thing that will probably corrode is the actual metal key rings that are included. But those are easily replaceable.When you first get your tag you have to create an account using Facebook Gmail or just an email. You scan the tag and add it to your account and add your dog's photos and any additional contact information you would like people to know if they find your dog. Each tag is unique which means that if you purchase two or three tags then each tag needs to be set up. Once you are in your account you'll see all two or three or more tags associated to your account. If all the tags are for one dog you can actually clone it to each tag but again, each tag is unique. Obviously this is great if you have more than one dog.This is the best tag I've purchased for my dog because it is silent and doesn't jangle. It has very clear print. And the QR code is a really nice touch. If you're not really into air tags and you just want something low Tech and effective then this is going to work out well for you.I hope this helps.

Love this idea and product!I put all of my dogs' information in the app for the QR code - so he only has one tag now! It's great!There is a bit of extra information too! Absolutely love this product!My only negative comment is about the ring that goes on the collar, I wish this was thicker and more sturdy - the ring it comes with is too lightweight for big dogs who run, shake, play rough and roll!

I bought this tag knowing that delivery would take up to 4 weeks. It arrived (from China) in under a week, so initial impressions are very good.The tag is good quality silicone, so no more jangling collars! It comes in a little jewellery pouch, with 2 attachment rings of different sizes. The print and QR code are very clear, only time will tell whether the print will rub off, so I'll update in a few months.Scanning the code brought me to a website where it was easy to set up an account and input photos and information. One can then preview the tag appearance before saving info.Although I had entered some information in the 'about me' tag section, it did not appear on the scan, so I contacted the support team by email. I had an instant response, and within a few hours the problem was sorted.My sister scanned the code in a different part of the country, with her location turned off, and I still received a scan approx location within 10 km of her.So, 5 stars for product and support.My only real concern is that, on inputting full address, anyone who scans the tag obtains our phone numbers and exact Google location of home, including photo, TMI!So, changed to general area location.

Good customer service replaced right away with a metal one so far so good
