The Official National Pokédex: Pokémon Ultra Sun & Pokémon Ultra Moon Edition Paperback – 12 Dec. 2017

I didn't know what this was when I ordered it and when my 7yr old son opened it, I though oh no! He's not going to have a clue what to do with it! But he very quickly worked out that it told you on which levels your Pokemon evolve! Among other things I don't understand myself! And now he pours over it for ages most days.

I like this product because it gives me full details on every pokemon that exists and I use it for everything pokemon national pokedex related

ofcourse all this information (and more/better) is available online through various fan sites, so factor that into whether it would be a worthwhile purchase+ all level up/egg/tutor/TM moves+ possible hold items+ abilities (hidden abilities are only shown if they're obtainable legitimately ingame though)+ typing+ evolution methods+ height/weight+ gender differences+ different forms+ attackdex (listing what pokemon learn each different attack with a key next to their name denoting the method they learn it)+ abilitydex- base stats are obfuscated through a star system- text is super small in most cases- only location hints, no specific locations (does note version exclusives though)its not really fair to include it as a negative, but theres one pokemon thats been datamined from USUM (in a similar way that diancie, volcarona and hoopa were) that hasnt been officially announced, and therefore hasnt been included (it may never be released, but its more likely to be an event release at a later date)its also a fair point to mention that USUM has very little dex changes from SM, though the key changes; base movepool updates, a couple of new pokemon and the reintroduction of move tutors; mean that this version *should* (i dont have the original SM pokedex to check) be more comprehensive
