The soft fabric cover is made of polyester, and according to most information regarding velcro, it can stick to polyester. However, since these are not made exactly for attachments to be stuck on it, we cannot exactly confirm this.

Hi there! We don't recommend using the Icewraps 10x14 clay pack for hot compress. Also, just a heads up, the product that you posted your question on is a cover only.
