Where is this lock made?

They are made to very strict Master Lock specifications in China.

I forgot my code and wonder if there is a way to change it wirhout origanal code

You would need the key to set the code that came with it.

With this item do all 4 letters have to be different? Or are you able to duplicate letters? For example Cook.

This lock does not have letters....it has numbers. The numbers may be duplicated.
