Imutest Airbone Allergy Self Test - 3in1 Cast, Dust Mite, Grass Pollen

I live in Cambridgeshire and suffer badly from some airborne allergen(s); particularly at the end of May. My eyes sting and burn (not watery, nor red, but look tired). I get mild congestion in the nose, but no major issues. The allergy makes me feel really lethargic and sometimes I just want to close my eyes and lie down throughout the day despite getting plenty of sleep. Breathing is difficult and it's really frustrating that there is no fresh air down here.Every weekend I drive to the Yorkshire Dales and thankfully have zero symptoms in the north. The air is so fresh and the natural high is amazing. If someone knows what allergen is specific to Cambridgeshire, then I'd love to know! This brings me to the test. I paid for it expecting some answers. As you'll see from the pictures - apparently, I'm not allergic to grass pollen, dust mites, nor pets. OK, so the remaining suspects are oil seed rape and tree pollens (however, I've been advised that late May is likely to be grass rather than tree because tree pollen hits its peak in March/April).I contacted customer services at Imutest, explaining my predicament; asking questions about the test et al, so I could make further informed decisions about diagnosing the problem. Alas, Imutest never bothered responding to my communication - they're happy to take your money when paying for the test, but don't expect any support whatsoever. There are quite a lot of people who are unhappy with the product. Also, if you read the website, you'll find the following caveat, 'Rigorous product testing confirms an overall accuracy of greater than 90% with an excellent correlation of over 90% for both positive and negative results'.10% error is ridiculous. Imagine buying an air purifier that only cleaned 90% of allergens in the air - you wouldn't waste your money on it. We expect accuracy of 99.98% for the product to be meaningful (Think Henry Allergy Vacuum!).Don't waste your money like I did. Use other resources. 'Klarify' does a home test for nearly £150, but it tests for 280 allergens. The reviews seem to be good, so I guess you get what you pay for. Then again, they also give caveats as well.Long term answer - relocate to the north!
