can I use this with an amazon firestick to use firestick on a pc?

Trying to use this to connect my Nikon D3500 via HDMI to OBS (on Mac OS X, 12.6). I get a black screen with green pixels at the bottom. How to fix?

There are several reasons why this might happen. The most likely is that the resolution of the camera output does not match the input settings in OBS. Try plugging the HDMI output from the camera straight into a monitor or TV, and see if that works? Ideally the output from the camera would be 1920x1080 and you can then manually set that resolution on the OBS video capture settings.

What app should I use for using this with an android device?

Hi, You could download the "USB Camera Pro" APP for Android device and connect via this HDMI capture card. Hope it helps.
