Have just set up which was easy to do. Has been going a couple of hours and I swear the water is starting to look clearer all ready! My water had gone Very green. Was using internal filter that came with pond but found it very messy having to pull the whole thing out if anything went wrong. Also easier to see UV with this, was almost impossible with previous filter. Very happy with purchase. Would recommend

installed filter Fitted pipes and pump very easily. Every thing in the kit I needed to get filter into use. Easy to clean with quick clean handle or doing the full clean by taking apart. All in all a good buy and it works very well, pond has cleared well.

Good unit works well, a little pricey.

Product arrived in time, good outer packaging. Other than needing 3 pin plugs and Jubille clips, set up was easy and had it running in 10 minutes. It says it can't be closer than 2 meters to the pond unless buried so would be good to understand why or how close it can be if buried.Had it running for 2 days so far so can't comment on longevity.

packaging was very good and sturdy. after 24hrs all is working fine. Will know more when the time comes to clean the filter.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Utterly disgusting.Bought after reading the good reviews and paid the price. Arrived in good time and was easy to set up and cleared the pond as described but after less than a month noticed the UV bulb not working so followed the instructions to find the bulb sleeve full of water which had got into the electrics. When I rang their less than helpful customer service I was told it’s a common problem and a new part would be sent. IF ITS A COMMON PROBLEM SORT YOUR QUALITY CONTROL OUT. Believing the parts were en route I didn’t buy from a BETTER brand. 5 weeks later I have a new filter coming but not before we’ve been doing weekly water change and lost a £80 show koi and a £70 sturgeon. To which when I rang to say as much was told no compensation will be offered as the parts were on order. DISGUSTING, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!
