more comfortable for me
This review is for a package of 50 ASTM Level 3 tie on surgical masks. We have all become pretty well versed on masks over the past few years. These are surgical masks, which means that that have some resistance to fluids. I did have to look into the ASTM Level 3 rating, and in simple terms it filters quite well, but the more you read, the more to learn that filter is only one of the factors to consider. Another big piece is fit.For me, these are quite comfortable. After an hour or two of a mask pulling on my ears, or digging into my face, I am ready to take off my mask. These you tie on, so you can make them as tight or as loose as you feel you need them. Obviously you want them tight enough to stay on and provide a good seal, but this varies by the size and shape of your face.Obviously if you are in an area where disease maybe transmitted, wearing any mask is probably a good idea for you, and those around you. I have found these also very good for things like mowing the lawn, raking leaves, cleaning dusty areas inside, woodworking, even helping to filter allergens (pollen and mold, for example). As with any mask, I would not call them comfortable, but being able to not have them pull on your ears, or really dig into your face like the elastic bands that go around the back of your head, makes them OK to wear for a much longer time.Good product.

Quality mask from a reputable brand, what's not to like
These are well-made masks that are suitable for clinical use. There's really not much to say: do you need a surgical mask for your purposes? If you can get away with using a standard loop-behind-the-ear mask, then go for those, you'll probably save a few pennies, and not have to deal with the hassle of tying these bad boys every time you put them on. If you work in a clinical setting, whatevs, you've done it a hundred times and it's like riding a bicycle. If you actually need surgical masks for clinical use, these are a worthy contender. We're satisfied.

A standard option for masking up.
Not much to say here. These are your standard run of the mill blue disposable masks. They are as uncomfortable as all other masks of this type. They get the job done and with the ties in the back, you can get a good fit. The seams where the ties connect appear to be slightly better than the elastic band over the ear types. If masks are your thing, these will address your needs fine. As the panic subsides, these will get cheaper and cheaper so make sure to shop around for the best price.

These masks are to be tied down which takes more time but do not interfere with my eyeglasses
First, I want to state that I received this product for evaluation. In my reviews I state my truth and honest opinion based on my experiences using the product because this is what I expect from other reviewers. I planned to use the EG ECOGUARD disposable masks to protect me from dust, allergens, and viruses. I expect that they shield me from these things, are comfortable, and light. This product met all my expectations, and the quality is great. The box includes 50 white surgical masks. You may estimate its size from the pictures where the product is on a blue 0.5-inch grid. These masks need to be tied down at the back of your head. So, they take more time to properly put on. After putting them on, they feel very comfortable and do not fall. The best thing is that they do not pull on my ears nor interfere with my eyeglasses.Overall, I like these masks and will use them when I need to.

50-Count, Tie-on, 3 Ply ASTM Level 3 Face Mask
50-Count, Tie-on, 3 Ply ASTM Level 3 Face MaskAre they 3-ply... yes.Are they medical grade... here is where it gets hinky... they are not presented that way. While I am unable to comment on shipping/exterior packaging,I can comment on the actual masks inside of the box not being in a fixed/sealed inner bag, but were instead contained in an unzipped, no-name ziploc-type bag... therefore there is no guaranteed germ/safety/medical protection.I cannot recommend these masks as they are not sealed for your protection. It would be nice if they could seal them in groups of 10 or 20, so that all 50 would not be open at once and we would not need to dig one out at a time, pulling others out of the one bag.

Great fit
These tie-on masks are a great alternative to the more common style with elastic bands. I'm able to tie my masks on for a tighter fit, but the downside is that it's a much bigger pain to remove and reseat my mask. The strap lengths are generous, so it's very easy to make a quick bow knot.I've never had issues with the elastic style straps interfering with my glasses, but these tie-on masks actually make it a little harder to take off and put on my glasses. My glasses arms get caught on the wide straps, so it takes a little more effort to slip my glasses underneath the straps. Overall, it's a very minor issue though. These masks are very comfortable to wear, and I love that they're made in the US.

great for someone who wear glasses and uses a hearing aid
I found these masks to be adequate. The ties in the back are great for someone who wear glasses and uses a hearing aid. Conventional behind the ear masks can cause hearing aids to fly across the room when taking them off. They come tightly boxed and it's a bit of an untangle to get the first mask free from the bundle.

Tie
These masks require you to tie them in the back around your head. I was under the impression that they were the standard ones that you just put the loop around your ear. I tried using them, but they are just not comfortable especially having to tie them. I will not be using these.
