Just right for converting hand sprayers to a flexible dip tube so you can spray at any angle
Used this to replace the rigid dip tube on on a carpet moth insecticide sprayer which stops working when half full and you tilt it to point at the carpet!!Snip off the rigid pipe about 25mm from the spray head. Do it at an angle so you can easily push a length of silicone tube over it. Trim it to roughly the same overall as the rigid tube and then screw 3 off M6 stainless steel nuts over the end of the silicone tube to act as a weight. The tube will now fall under gravity just like the liquid and allow you to spray at an angle even when nearly empty. Can easily be moved to another sprayer. Typically these rigid tubes are 4mm diameter so this silicone tube fits securely over them. M6 nuts work perfectly as weights and are held nicely by the silicone tube.
