How does this product work for inflammation, swelling and arthritis?

I don’t see any difference in those areas however for gut health and nutrition absorption I have noticed a marked improvement over time (took maybe 2 weeks or so to feel like it was making a difference) brain fog lifted too. I do like the product.

does this product contain potassium

I looked at all the ingredients and it doesn't say it has potassium in it.
