Headaches from regular highlighters? TRY THESE!
If you’re like me and you’ve been searching through the reviews of multiple highlighters to find the best ones, look no further. I am someone who highlights a lot when I study and looking back at my notes gives me a headache with all the fluorescent marks everywhere. I knew there had to be markers that existed that were much gentler on the eyes. Look no further! From the pictures I attached, you can see that these are like diluted highlighters which is perfect for me. It makes words pop out enough to be noticeable without being obnoxious. The first picture without the markers is in direct sunlight to give you a true idea of the colors. And on the right side of the paper in my other image, I made two marks with regular Sharpie highlighters for comparison. It’s a very noticeable difference.Pros:- gentle on eyes- gorgeous colors- markers are juicy- colors are professional if you’re someone that needs to highlight important documents (i.e. law documents, contracts, etc.)- comfortable to hold (not one of those weird highlighter tube designs that are awkward to grip)- very fair price pointCons:- I wish the green marker was, well, green. The tube is more seafoam than green which is fine, but the actual color is pretty similar to the regular light blue.- the chisel tip wasn’t perfectly flat for a few of the colors. When I’d highlight a word, only half of the word would get marker on it if you get what I mean. But the chisel tip evened out after a few uses so no biggie.Would definitely buy again and I highly recommend it to others!

Colors!
Colors are great! Easy to use. I used these in my planner mainly. Some of the highlighters do dry out faster then others. But overall great highlighters and would recommend.

Great colors, very little smudging, bleeds through paper
I ordered the “smoke” set of highlighters, and I love them. The colors are really nice. I can highlight important concepts in my notes without having to look at obnoxious or harsh colors (like the classic highlighter yellow).I use black felt tip pens to write my notes, and these barely smudge the ink. They smudge a tiny bit on fresh ink (attached photo is fresh ink that was highlighter over), but they do not smudge set-in ink! They do bleed through standard notebook paper (see photo), so these will not work for you if you write front and back. I use thicker paper for my notes, however. It still bleeds but much less.EDIT 11/16/20: The highlighters dried out pretty fast. I used them often the first couple months after buying them. Didn’t use them for a couple months; once resuming use, they were fine but then dried out a couple weeks later. They are very inexpensive, so I ordered another set because I like the colors so much!

Good, inexpensive alternative to more popular mildliners
I go through highlighters a lot, and I love the Zebra mildliners, but I use them for both home and work and they are pretty spendy. I was hoping this would be a good alternative to save some dollars, and it seems to be! My only wish is that it came with a light gray instead of a dark gray color. The yellow and orange have a fluorescent/neon hue like most mildliners. I compared these to Zebra mildliners and cannot tell the difference in color, even side-by-side. The PowerLine highlighters do not have a fine tip like Zebra mildliners, but the chisel tip is actually very precise, and functions fine for thin lines. I was really impressed with the gold and wine colors, actually... I never thought about using these colors before because they seem too smoky. The plastic tab-close case is sturdy and easy to chuck into a book bag with nothing spilling. Now for what I didn't like - the chisel tip skips slightly when the paper is a heavier weight, and sometimes leaves a rough edge, though nothing too noticeable. The thickness of the chisel head is the same as Zebra mildliner, but the barrel of the pen itself is very thick, and makes it a little harder to hold for smaller hands. I do okay with it, but I like a thinner pen. All in all, a GREAT value for the money, and for those going to school, work, and keeping a home planner or two, very helpful for staying in budget! :)

It's a good deal
So, I purchased these on June 13 and it's now October 4 and I'm down to my last 2 or 3 markers. I did have one or two that were dry out of the box. Not too bad for a $6 purchase. For context I am a Hotel Night Auditor and I used them every night over the summer as I had to work for 12 weeks with no days off (staffing issues) and I'm currently on a 5 week stretch. I'm seriously not worried about running out for another couple of weeks or so. And when the markers would start to dry out I've been able to extend SOME of them by soaking the tips in water for a little bit. The markers tended to run out after about a week of use when I was using them every night. When I went back to my regular schedule (4 on, 3 off, 10hr shifts) they lasted anywhere between 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 weeks. I will buy these again hoping that I get the same quality as before. Still, if I didn't get the same exact quality I wouldn't be upset about it. I've definitely gotten my money's worth. And the colors are really nice, too.

They Make Me Happy
When I started designing my own planners and using the bullet journal method, I asked online about pastel highlighter pens. Someone said to order Crayola Supertips, that they were basically the same and there are more colors. Well, I did. They aren't the same, and yes, I got more colors, and yes, they came in handy, but they didn't have the sheerness and pastel happiness that I was craving.I finally found the much hyped zebra mildliners at the store, and I tested one.I thought it was too dark for a highlighter, and too expensive. For what seemed like months, I kept telling myself, "NO MORE PENS, you have a giant box of Crayola supertips, that's all you need," but I you know, as a woman, I want what I want. I wanted these. Finally, I broke down. These were a great price. The colors looked pretty. They were the happy pastels I was looking for.I bought them.I AM SO GLAD I DID. Finally. I love using them. They make me happy.

Great variety pack; super long lasting; smooth
I got these almost two years ago; I don't use them a lot, but I do highlight a line or two almost every day, and they're still in perfect condition. They haven't faded, even what I did back in Jan 2021. They still run just as smoothly. There are a few colours that can be hard to tell apart: red and wine, the light blue and green. The orange and yellow are a bit more florescent than the rest, but this does mean that this is a GREAT variety pack for colours & shades. I'm writing this review as I consider buying a pack for both my sister and SIL as gifts this year 😁Note that the paper in the image is off-white. The lines were drawn on Jan 9, 2021.

Please keep in stock!
My biggest motivator for leaving a review is so that this product can continue to be purchased and in stock. I have a bit of an obsession with highlighters and color coding my materials and this is the perfect purple. It is see through and vibrant so it was perfect for my needs. Its is similar to the purple in the Ticonderoga brand which I have been unable to find for quite some time. I really love it. Please keep this in stock!!!!

Love the color!
Love the mild and lighter color, I've been using this product since I went to a high school, it's been almost 15 years. Always my favorite and love the Korean stationery product. I will definitely order this again.
