5/8” to top of rack, 1 3/16” to top of handles

Can you bake on it or is it just for cooling?

It is oven safe to 450 degrees so yes you can bake on it.

What brand sheet pan will it fit in?

Its a fairly standard size. Itll probably fit in any of the half sheet pans. Half sheets are 13x18. I have a few of the nordic ware sheets and this rack fits in there.
