Not had any problems with this product and maintains good charge. Really useful for out and about if battery is dying and nice size for handbag. Only negative is, when i upgraded my phone it doesn't have the most up to date adapter point for Samsung - but one of those things with technology updates...

Takes quite a while to recharge, but it's handy when out and about. Buying a second one for a family member to use with her phone. Response to questions came quickly from the manufacturer.

I have bought the same power pack from GAME for £16.99 and the white multi wire didn't work but with my second one it was £6.99 cheaper and the white multi cable works perfectly so I will be suggesting my friends and family gets the power pack from Amazon :)
