No sabia que el hierro era tan importante hasta que..............
Me decidí a comprar hierro porque mi pelo se estaba saliendo mucho y en mis análisis salió que tenia la ferritina baja, este me ha ayudado un poco con eso y tenia algo que las piernas estaban inquietas por las noches y con esto se me corrigió, pues al parecer todo era falta de hierro.
